Visiting the website

The website is hosted and protected by Cloudflare. To deliver pages, maintain reliability, and protect against abuse, Cloudflare may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages, and the time of a request. Cloudflare’s handling of this information is described in its privacy policy.

This website does not provide visitor accounts, collect payment information, or receive your audiobook library.

Cookies and tracking

We do not add advertising trackers, behavioral analytics scripts, or marketing cookies to the website. Cloudflare may use technical cookies or similar mechanisms where needed for its security services. These are separate from advertising or cross-site marketing tracking.

When you email us

If you contact [email protected], we receive your email address, any name included in your email, and the message and attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond, provide support, and investigate issues you report. We do not use support emails to enroll you in a marketing mailing list.

Email is handled through Apple’s iCloud Mail services, subject to Apple’s privacy policy. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or audiobook files.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. Our hosting and email providers process information to provide their services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to address fraud, abuse, or security threats.

We retain support correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to handle your request and related follow-up, security, or legal requirements. Technical data handled by Cloudflare and email data handled by Apple are subject to those providers’ applicable retention practices. This notice does not promise a fixed deletion period for their systems or backups.

Your choices and requests

You can choose whether to email us and what information to include. For questions about information you have sent us, or to request access, correction, or deletion, contact [email protected]. We will respond in accordance with applicable law and may need to verify your identity. Some information may need to be retained for legal or security reasons.
